Requirements for publishing workshop proceedings:

• Please submit papers through the Supercomputing 2022 Linklings site: https://submissions.supercomputing.org/?page=Submit&id=SC22WorkshopRSDHASubmission&site=sc22
• Solicitation for papers will be open and impose a formal peer review process.
• Papers will be carefully reviewed by a diverse program committee composed of experts from academia, National Labs and industry.
• Full papers are expected to be published in the IEEE Xplore digital archive in collaboration with IEEE TCHPC, pending final acceptance of workshop proceedings.
• The workshop proceedings will have at least 6 papers, at a length of at least 6 pages in IEEE Conference Proceedings format (see https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html).
• Each paper submitted for publishing will be at least 6 pages in length and at most 10 pages in length excluding references.
• Proceedings and copyright documents will be made available to IEEE to be published in the digital library by accepted dates.
• Reviewing will be done in double blind, therefore, DO NOT include any author names or affiliations on any submitted documents and DO NOT reveal the author or affiliation information via any action such as metadata, previous work.
• Authors are encouraged to provide an Artifacts Description (AD) and Artifact Evaluation (AE) appendix with their work, but it is not required.
